		<description>Fast is not the answer. You don&#039;t want it to come back with some extras. That&#039;s why you want to make it a lifetime habit. Once you get into it, it can become an obsession. It&#039;s best to start a plan of exercise routines that will attack the areas you are wanting to work on. Eat 4 or 5 small meals and drink about 8 glasses of water per day. Check out some exercises online to see all the different choices out there. Just type in any of these &quot;exercises, workouts, fitness, etc..&quot; Surely you will find something that you will want to try. I personally do a combination of power walking, treadmill, bike, Gazelle, and a body sculpting workout. Some of these more often than others and yes I do slack off sometimes, but you can still always get right back to it. Just make sure you do them more than not. It depends on how much time I have in any given day as to which one I do.
