This happened to me …
This happened to me aswell. My problem was that the DA:O updater wasn’t working properly, so it left the dlc “half-installed”. Which meant that I couldn’t use it, but would still get Shale in my party sometimes, as a headless Caridin. And all the other dlc stuff to boot. Really freaky, but so funny.
