    I just love this and feel so much lighter after doing this btut the downside is that its getting easier and i have the feeling that it doesnt work like it did at teh beginning :(

    actually i did it for a year without a change but i was not watching what i was eating it only helped me to look a bit leaner.
    and then i did pilates+conditioning bike+walking every day (yes it was a bit tough) and not eating combo and it worked in just 2 months, and i ve been keeping it off for more than a year.

    i ve been doing pilates for 2 years. and i tried all of mari winsors pilates workouts. and one thing is for sure, pilates does work! i went down from a size 12 to size 4.sometimes even 2.
    normally this is the advanced body slimming workout so it is one of the toughest but once you get the hang of it, it feels awesome.

    i can pull my legs …
    i can pull my legs up where my feet are past my head. but for example: 4:50/51, i cant tuck in my knees that far in to my chin cuz my chest gets in the way.
